Estimate Appointments
Get an appointment with a homeowner who we have already completed a design for and they are ready for you to bid on the job. We only send one contractor to bid on a job so you will be the only contractor bidding. We also don’t give the homeowner the designs. You will receive the complete designs before the appointment.
Project Cost Analysis
When you are ready to bid on a project we can help estimate the cost of completing the project. Our team will determine all the materials needed to complete the project, give you specific pricing for each item and links on where to buy. We will also estimate labor.
Detailed Bid Creation and Follow-Up
This service is only available if we have completed the project cost analysis. For this service we will create a written bid to help you win the deal. The bid will use our tested framework that helps you close more deals. We will send the contract to the customer to be signed digitally and follow up with the customer to help increase the chances of closing the deal.
Consultation and Measure Appointment
These are homeowners who have requested a consultation about their remodeling project. We will set up an appointment for you to meet them at their home to learn about their project, take measurements and photos. Once the consultation is complete you simply need to share the photos, measurements and notes about the project with our team and we can begin working on the design.

How much does it cost to work with the design team?
Our basic design services are free. Most customers pay us nothing.
How long does it take to get a design?
Usually we can get you designs in a few days depending on the complexity of the project and revisions you want to make for your
home renovation.
I don't have measurements yet. What do I do?
If you don't know the measurements of your space, you can use mobile apps to take them. Click here to check out our instructions on how to do that. If that's too much of a hassle for you, we can also send out a contractor for a home visit to do the measurements for you and give you consultation for free.
What do you need from me to get started?
We will need pictures of your space, measurements of the area and some spaces that you would like to share for inspiration for home remodel.
